•Work place: Lotte Center Hanoi (2nd highest building of Hanoi)

•Job description:
PCCC work:
- Build up maintenance, repairing & renovation fire prevention system
- Manage firefighting team and make training plan for building employee related fire prevention issue
- Work and cooperate with fire police government in fire prevention issue.
CCMS work:
- Monitor and control operation of all building’s systems such as automation system, Power control system, Fire Alarm system, CCTV system, Elevator control system.
- Control and solve emergency case in the building (Fire, elevator..)
- Analyses system report data, make report and plan for the building operation.
- Receive complaint from customer and find solution solve its
- Co-operate and communicate with other dept’s/company.
IBS work:
- Build up maintenance, repairing & renovation IBS system
- Control safety job in building (Renovation system, repair and maintain system, contractor fitting out work for office area)

Yêu cầu & Quyền lợi

•Job requirement:
- At least 5-year working experience in relevant positions
- Good knowledge of Safety job, fire prevention standard, IBS system
- Understand about building operation
- Good verbal & written English;
- Sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
- Can-do attitude and team spirit.
- Graduate University with major Mechanical or Automation.
