Human Resources Management



  • Be in charge of organizing the recruitment process

  • Conducts effective induction/orientation for new staff

  • Maintains updated records of staff information such as contracts, personal profiles, performance reviews, timesheets, contract amendments

  • Prepare payroll, tax, and insurance for employees

  • Be in charge of dealing with all the issues in terms of Insurance, PIT;

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures


Administration Management



  • Provides administrative work on a daily basis

  • Be in charge of  organizing events of LOTTE (meetings, workshops, training, outing…)

  • Oversee office equipment and inventory tracking

  • Be in charge of the procurement process in the company

  • Provides support for Foreigners in Logistics & Making visa, working permit, residence card…

Qualification Requirement

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resources, Business/ Administration Management, or other relevant subjects
  • At least two years in the same position
  • Good skill in writing correspondences/documents following Vietnamese and English style
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese laws on labor, social & health insurance, and other relevant applicable laws, codes, and regulations
  • Good organizational skills and be able to solve the multi-works assigned and meet deadlines
  • Strong analysis and negotiation
  • Skills in communication and problem-solving
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English required
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and drive for results.
  • Previous experience of working with Cadena will be an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, power point and other basic applications).
