The TORISHIMA CDM is a horizontal axially split double-suction pump used in a wide range of applications

such as seawater desalination plants, power plants, water and waste water, water transmission and irrigation etc.

Double suction and three-dimensional impeller gives low NPSH requirements and high efficiency. Upper half casing

can be simply disassembled without disturbing pipework. This enables easy maintenance and routine inspection.

The TORISHIMA MHG is a horizontal multistage ring section pump specifically designed for high pressure services

such as power stations, incineration plants and HRSG in steel and nonferrous mill.

The simplified construction allows easy maintenance and quick overhaul, and no warming through is required for MHG.

Mechanical seals are equipped as standard and, blind stage and interstage tapping can be fitted as option for customized requirement.

The optimum pump design ensures total reliability and highly cost-effective solutions.

The Torishima MMTV is a vertical mixed-flow multistage pump with canister, mainly applied as a condensate pump in power plants.

 

The high pressure vertical canister pump presents significant advantage inthose cases where limited suction head is available. This applies particularly in the case of condensers in power stations, desalination plants and other pipeline pumping applications. The canister serves as a suction receiver, and

by adding the length to the canister / pump, advantage suction head can be provided to ensure trouble-free operation.

The TORISHIMA SPV is a vertical, mixed-flow pump suitable for a wide range of application,

such as seawater intake pumps for desalination, cooling water pumps for power stations, and drainage pumps, etc.

Canister can be offered as pump type SPTV for dry-pit applications such as brine recirculation pumps in MSF desalination plants. Suitable material combination is selected based on the application.

For seawater pumps, for example, corrosion resistant material such as duplex, super-duplex is available with sufficient experience on site.

The TORISHIMA MMK and MML are horizontal, radially split ring section pumps, single flow.

The casings are sealed by flat gasket and held together by the bolts. The stage casing and the tie bolts are encased in a steel cladding.

The pump feet are arranged either below the pump or at centre line accordig to the enumber of stages and the temperature.

The Torishima CPC is an end-suction volute pump as per ISO 2858-1975, specially applied for chemical and petrochemical industries, and widely used as process pumps in general chemical industries.

The high efficient design provides high performance at a low running cost. There is a wide range of structural design to meet many different requirements for specification.
